2012 as the last year of B2N implementation

2012 is the last year of the B2N project. During last two years PART as a leading partner managed to build a solid European partnership. All activities which were carried out so far turned out to be successful. A lot of analyses, strategic documents, seminars, study visits and workshops lead to a wide good practice database elaboration which is now available on the B2N website.

Energy Nature is the theme of the fourth edition of this photography competition. The competition is open to all nature photography lovers and is organized with the support of the Hotel Genzianella in Valsavarenche and of the Mountain Photo Festival Association.

Cambrian Mountains Initiative – raising environmental standards and marketing rural produce

Powys County Council, partner institution of the B2N project, is partner of the Cambrian Mountains Initiative - a wide-ranging project that aims to help promote rural enterprise, protect the environment and add value to products and services in Mid Wales.

The Interregional Cooperation Programme INTERREG IVC, financed by the European Union’s Regional Development Fund, helps Regions of Europe work together to share experience and good practice in the areas of innovation, the knowledge economy, the environment and risk prevention. EUR 302 million is available for project funding but, more than that, a wealth of knowledge and potential solutions are also on hand for regional policy-makers.
